Delving into one of our favourite photoshoots, from the genius that is Charles H Traub, and his Lunchtime photo series. Written by Rae, Imagery via Pinterest.

The Lunchtime imagery is one of our personal favourite, and most impactful, influences besides the likes of Tim Walker and Jacquemus regarding imagery. The series sees a collection of colourful portrait imagery dated 1977-80 among the Chicago, New York and European citizens, showing the character of each subject while portraying culture and fashions of the time. While the 1970s was influential in its own right, Traub captures a candid and individual scene of each character and personality, helping paint a more accurate picture of life and feel of the time.
