While the seaside in February is slightly different to the seaside in August, cold walks through the stoney beaches and quiet promenade through sunset are massively picturesque and a refreshing change of scenery. What Eastbourne, specifically, lacks in sand, it makes up for in character, admiring the strip of costal hotels and nostalgia of the blue pier. We cannot wait for sunny beach trips and heat waves through Summer, undoubtably through another lockdown, but in the meantime, cold beach trips will more than suffice.
